It all began with the pumpkin.
Aminta grew it in her garden. It grew and grew. We ate it, of course.
Claudie came with us.
And Ollie and Betty.
There were so many rooms in the palace, we did not know where to look first.
The animals without bodies looked friendly enough.
We weren't sure about the men in the aeroplane.
What a strange room we were in!
I did not like it at all. Can you see the man lurking just outside the door?
Then we looked into the eyes of the tiger.
